West End Bulldogs went a long way to securing a semi-final berth when they comprehensively defeated second placed Valleys. There was not a bad player for the Bulldogs. Their book-ends Sione Foueti and Lisite Hafoka played well as did centre pairing Bernard and Harold Mosby.

Valleys had many players out/rested and did find matching their larger opponents difficult. Dylan Chown played well in a beaten side.
